Job Mission:

  • Oversee and manage Digital Learning end-to-end process – develop annual digital learning calendar, analyzing BA learning performance data to measure effectiveness of learning outcomes using Learning Dashboard, content management and technical support
  • Assist with the communication and consolidation for APAC learning community best practices and support Specialists community engagement initiatives
  • Supports the consolidation of 3-axis learning asset feedback
  • Manage and support Retail & Learning events and gatherings, to ensure a seamless and timely execution
Key Responsibilities: Digital Learning Lead
  • Oversee and scale the 360-learning package to Markets through agile solutions that include a blended approach to digital and classroom learning
  • Support and monitor the implementation of new digital learning tools, module management and learning pathway updates for frontline and office teams
  • Measure learner’s progress i.e. completion rate, engagement rate, and drive market learners’ performance
  • Liaise with Global in rolling out new functionality/requirements/ updates to the learning platform and/or Mission Center (backend tool)
  • Partner with Regional Learning Managers to develop digital learning assets; see through the execution and editing process. Ensure the readiness of market level learning content uploading to Inside Beauty/BLOOM
  • Create and manage yearly digital learning calendar with key moments (i.e. frontline engagement/recognition, newsletter, novelty campaign videos)
  • Maintain effective communication within the APAC digital learning group, such as global information cascade, best practice sharing.
  • Be the regional Point of Contact for any digital learning related topics
3-axis Category Learning Support
  • Manage and consolidate Markets’ post-training program feedback i.e. Onboarding program and Seasonal learning assets, to close any learning gaps and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage and consolidate product & client feedback and product Q&A
  • Assist in competitor product market research on a quarterly basis, provide content support for key campaigns’ learning assets
Learning & Development Projects Support
  • Assist and participate in regional L&D projects as assigned
Regional Retail & Learning Events
  • Oversee and manage events’ end-to-end processes and logistics
  • Oversee and manage other administrative duties as assigned
Academic Qualifications
  • College diploma or University degree
Work Experience
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Digital Learning and/or Learning & Development
  • Experience working with LMS, Power BI or other dashboards
  • Event management experience
  • Retail, beauty, hospitality industry experience a plus

  • Language skills: Strong command of English, fluent in Mandarin or other Asian languages is a plus
